Terms of Use

By accessing or using Musavox ("the Service"), operated by Clandestino Ventures, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Musavox is a music-lyric transcription and review workflow. You upload an audio master, receive a machine-generated draft, review it against the recording, approve the wording, and export the approved TXT. The Service is limited to transcription and workflow facilitation for music professionals. It does not perform, verify, or clear copyright, sampling, or interpolation rights, and does not determine whether any release is cleared for distribution; those responsibilities rest with the user and their legal, A&R, and distribution teams.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Access and any commercial terms are provided according to the applicable offer or pilot agreement. Do not rely on an unlisted plan, credit balance, or price unless it has been confirmed directly by Musavox.

• •Any applicable fees, limits, and refund terms are stated in the offer or agreement for your account.
• •A failed processing attempt does not make the machine draft final; review and approval remain required.
• •We may update access terms with notice where required by the applicable agreement.
• •Contact us before relying on a commercial term that is not shown in the current product.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• •Upload audio files you do not have the rights to process.
• •Use the Service to facilitate piracy or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• •Use automated tools to abuse the API or circumvent rate limits.
• •Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Your content: You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the transcription results generated from them.

Our platform: Musavox, including its design, code, models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Clandestino Ventures, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Processing license: By uploading audio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to: (a) process your audio files for the purpose of providing the transcription service; (b) use editorial corrections you make on transcriptions to improve transcription quality within your own account or organization. We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not use your individual audio files or transcriptions for training of models that benefit other customers without your explicit consent. Audio and transcription data are handled according to the current product retention controls and your account terms. Transcription results are stored in your account and belong to you. You may delete individual audio files or transcriptions where the product provides that control. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

• •Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed. AI-generated content may contain errors.
• •You are responsible for reviewing and correcting transcription results before use.
• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• •Results may vary depending on audio quality, language, and musical style.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clandestino Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
