Terms of Use

By accessing or using Musavox ("the Service"), operated by Clandestino Ventures ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Musavox is an AI-powered music lyrics transcription platform. You upload audio files, and our pipeline uses vocal isolation, speech recognition, and language models to generate formatted lyrics. The Service is provided on a credit-based system.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each transcription consumes one credit. Credits are purchased through our pricing plans and processed via Stripe.

• •Credits are non-refundable once used.
• •Unused credits from monthly plans do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
• •If a transcription fails due to a system error, the credit will be automatically refunded.
• •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• •Upload audio files you do not have the rights to process.
• •Use the Service to facilitate piracy or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
• •Use automated tools to abuse the API or circumvent rate limits.
• •Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Your content: You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the transcription results generated from them.

Our platform: Musavox, including its design, code, models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Clandestino Ventures. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Processing license: By uploading audio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing the transcription service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Audio files are stored temporarily for processing purposes. Transcription results are stored in your account and belong to you. You may delete your transcriptions at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

• •Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed. AI-generated content may contain errors.
• •You are responsible for reviewing and correcting transcription results before use.
• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• •Results may vary depending on audio quality, language, and musical style.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clandestino Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
